OKHA Manifesto

A large-format, unbound manifesto for Cape Town furniture studio OKHA, designed as a tactile tabloid object.

OKHA Manifesto project overview

01 · The brief

Translate OKHA’s design philosophy into a publication that could articulate not only what the studio makes, but how it thinks.

02 · The idea

Structure the manifesto around five creative tensions — from fluidity and movement to construct and deconstruct. Across large, unbound tabloid sheets, typography, furniture, landscape and material studies collide, pause and reconfigure.

03 · The outcome

A tactile editorial object that behaves like OKHA’s furniture: sculptural, exploratory and alive to material, balance and tension. It can be read, handled, displayed and rearranged.
